We were extremely pleased with every aspect of our bathroom remodeling experience. Michelle and Joey were so wonderful and helpful. When they gave us an estimate, it was detailed and clearly spelled out. They priced it very competitively and honestly. Everything was straightforward. We changed our minds a few times on several options up front and Michelle had no issues with that. She was very attentive to our wishes. Workers showed on time. Estimated length of time to completion was accurate. They cleaned up properly. There were no hidden costs. As a matter of fact, there was a custom-built $425 shower seat that could not be installed at an appropriate height due to existing piping behind the walls. Michelle and her staff are the ultimate when it comes to quality, service, details about the job from materials to installation. Luxury Bath remodeled all three of our bathrooms 16 years ago. They still look great. we just had our master bath shower re-caulked for the first time in 16 years. Mr. Clayton Thomas our technician did a fantastic job. Before we met with Michelle at Luxury Bath we explored a couple of other options to do a significant remodel of our master bathroom. They seemed like possible options but after going to the Luxury Bath Showroom and meeting with Michelle we saw that we could get a more customized remodel at a reasonable price. Luxury Bath remodeled our bathroom in late March 2015 so we have had it for a few months after the project was completed. As baby-boomers soon to retire we wanted to age in place and made our upgrades based on our up coming needs. We are completely satisfied with our new master bathroom. Luxury Bath did a total remodel of both of our bathrooms (complete gut and rebuild, including raising the ceilings, new flooring, new fixtures as well as the bath/tub surrounds), and also installed a backsplash in our kitchen.
