I appreciated that I did not feel rushed and the doc was very willing to answer all of my questions.
I can’t say enough about the Westerville office and how awesome Dr. Magness is! He made me calm, relaxed, and laughed at my nervous conversation! He gave me options and how he felt about them. I didn’t expect to come in and do it all in one day, but I did it and I’m so glad; cause hands up - how many of us wouldn’t return until it was so bad we couldn’t take it anymore?? Very satisfied. I had no pain. They had to work with difficult circumstances as l locked my jaws many years ago. This was my tooth farthest back and it is very hard for me to hold my mouth open wide. They were wonderful with me.
Everyone was very nice. Rocky was very personable and his demeanor helped put me at ease quickly. Dr. Susi explained what he would be doing very clearly and thoroughly. Both he and Rocky made sure of my comfort throughout the whole procedure.
This was my first root canal and was very nervous. Dr Daniel Magness was great and explained everything to me during the process. I could not have asked for a better endocrinologist. I would give him and my experience 5stars.
