Perfection
This was my first experience with having a root canal. Dr. Stentz and Diana were both great! They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure.
It was very professional. The root canal went very smooth. Office personnel were friendly and helpful. Was able to see me in a timely manner.
I loved Dr. Stentz and Diane his assistant. I've always been scared of dentists and had a bad experience with a root canal years ago and I was terrified going in this time. This was a completely different experience. They made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I've always been hard to numb and I was worried about that, but Dr. Stentz kept checking and made sure I was 100% numb before starting. Dr. Susi and his team were absolutely wonderful, with soothing voices describing what was going on, and I had little to no discomfort during the whole procedure. He even called me the next day to follow up. Completely happy with my experience there!

A very good experience for something that usually isn't! Everyone was friendly and put you at ease. During the procedure, I was frequently asked if I was doing OK. Results of procedure were explained. Directions and prescriptions were given with explanations of what to expect.
