Very caring & professional!! All staff was excellent!! Friendly while doing a fantastic job!! My first experience with oral surgery and Dr. Douglas Von Kaenel made it a great one!! Made a special effort to relieve my pain. I recommend this place highly!!

Dr. Susi was excellent. Explained everything that he was going to do, and answered all my questions after the procedure. Was particularly thorough in discussing options in regard to prescriptions for recovery.......and prescribing non-opiod based pain relief.

Given that nobody wants a root. canal, I would rate my experience as A+. Aside from the injection which was not terrible, the entire procedure was painless. Relief from the original pain was immediate as soon as the numbness wore off. Everyone I encountered was courteous and caring. Thank you, Dr Susi. Please DO NOT share my name and email.

Unfortunately I had a root canal but fortunately Dr. Haidet performed the procedure with the assistance of Rockey. It was a painless and smooth experience. I am sure if I have the misfortune of needing another one I hope to secure Dr. Haidet's services.
