I was in acute pain over the past weekend due to an abscess. My appointment was scheduled within 24 hours of my initial phone call on Monday morning. Being in so much pain, it was a relief that they got me in so quickly, at least I had a "light at the end of the tunnel". This was my 2nd root canal re-treatment by Dr. Stentz, so I have sat in his endodontist chair 3 separate times (still have one more appt. scheduled). All three times I dozed off a couple times. Dr. Susi is kind and gentle, willing to explain his thought process and the procedure. Throughout, he's concerned with his patient's well-being and peace of mind. I can't recommend him highly enough.
Dr. Susi has a very calming nature about him that put my dental fears at ease. He is extremely knowledgeable and completely trusted him just minutes before my procedure which made my procedure even less traumatic. Dr. Susi called me personally the next day to check on my recovery and took his time explaining the very intricate details of what to expect during my healing process. I would definitely recommend Dr. Susi and his entire staff for any Endo need you may have. They are top notch!
