Dr. Susi and staff stayed after hours to do my root canal. They were professional and courteous. I would definitely go to them again.
I had been in a great deal of pain and Dr. Susi was able to see me the same day I called for help. My husband drove me to Columbus and Dr. Susi did an excellent job. FINALLY, I am no longer in pain thanks to Dr. Susi. You are the BEST!!!

Dr. Susi performed a root canal on me. He and his assistant were very friendly. He explained everything and made sure I was pain free while doing the procedure. He was very clear about after care. I am not a fan of root canals, but if I ever needed another one, he would be the one to perform the procedure.
I was treated very well and kept in the loop in what was a long procedure.
Whereas the words "root canal" terrorized me as a child (though I never had one!), my experience with Dr. Susi was incredible -- maybe the best experience I've ever had with dental care (and I usually don't leave the car without Novo-cain!). His friendly manner and careful explanation of everything resulted in not even an aspirin necessary following the procedure. And then the personal follow-up phone call the next day was the icing on the cake! Outstanding! And thanks to the rest of the friendly staff, too.
