Very pleasant.
Dr Susi is amazing. I’m the worst when it comes to ANY dental work. I arrived with sweaty palms, heart beating fast and stomach feeling nervous. When Dr Susi came into the room, he was like magic. My fears were gone. He was personable, concerned about my comfort and great personality. I hate to admit this, if I had to do the procedure again ( root canal) I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Thank you Dr Susi for an outstanding experience ❣️

I was pleased by everyone that works there. It made a visit pleasant. Dr. Susi and his assistant were the best. However it was a root canal.

No delays, explained the work, the risks and the benefits. How to care for it after the visit and what to expect. All worked out and they followed up with a call the next day.
My interaction with Dr. Susi was brief, but I was pleased with the outcome. A number of people I know suspect that their dental professionals may be recommending unnecessary work to pad the billing, but that clearly was not the case here.
