My experience was exceptional! There was no waiting for my appointment and I was ushered into a remarkably modern and clean work area. Dr. Susi explained what he would be doing and answered all my questions. My root canal treatment was smooth and painless. I was pleasantly surprised when Dr. Susi called the next day to make sure I was recovering without problems. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing endodontic care.
My visit provided a very good experience. I wasn't sure what would be done however, everything was explained by Dr. Susi. He was very clear on what was being performed and did so with very little pain and discomfort to me. The next day I was surprised and pleased to receive a call from the Dr., and not an assistant, inquiring about how well I was doing. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
I have never had a root canal before, but Dr. Magness did a fantastic job! I will definitely be coming back in the future if I ever need another procedure done.

First root canal - I’m 65 yrs old - a lot of years to hear the abomination that is a root canal. My experience was quite different - my doctor was very easy going and attentive to my questions and concerns. I did not feel like I was on an assembly line - I was even able to take a “nature call” break towards the end (like a beer, coffee is the same - just because you bought it, it doesn’t mean you get to keep it). Best Experience EVER!! Who says that about a root canal.....ME!!!! Rocky put me at ease from the moment he greeted me and Dr. Haidet made sure I was doing okay every step of the way!! The care, treatment and experience deserves a 10!!!!! Thank you, Dr. Haidet and Rocky for putting up with my nerves and making this one heck of a good experience!!!! If you have a fear of going to get dental work done, do not sweat, call Dr. Haidet's office ~ trust me, you will be in excellent hands!!!!
When I first called for appointment, the receptionist was able to quickly find out if my insurance was accepted and covered the visit. Even my insurance company couldn’t confirm. I was warmly welcomed. My wait time was about 10 minutes. They took Covid precautions, which made me feel comfortable. Doctor explained what needed to be done. I was extremely pleased with my visit and would visit again when needed.
Dr Magness was very good in detail and skill. I have no problem referring anyone to your business.
