Prompt and professional
My experience at Westerville Endodontic Specialists was great. I went in for a root canal and was a little apprehensive but was put at ease quickly by Dr. Susi. The people who checked me in and out were very friendly along with the person (I apologize I don’t remember her name because she was great throughout the process)who assisted Dr. Susi. My experience at Columbus Endodontic Specialists was great! Dr. Susi and his staff took great care of me during and after the dental procedure. Dr. Susi explained everything in detail and he checked on me the following day of the procedure. I would recommend this office for any endodontic needs.
No need for visit or for X-ray. Just another medical facility more concerned with profits over doing what’s best for the patient.
The doctors and the staff were extremely friendly professional and informative.
