Everything was fine until I went to schedule my appointment for a replacement filling. I was told that it would August before I could get in. I realize that it is not an emergency, however, this seems a very long time to take care of a potential problem. I have never had to wait that long for any appointment and it really is troubling to me. I was assured that I could be placed on a list to be called ahead of time and I am glad it was offered. I guess my concern is whether this is going to become the "norm".

Julie did a great job explaining how to care for my hybrids!I had no idea I could floss them. I left knowing everything was just as it should be. My bite is much better Dr. Crosby, since you were able to grind it down for me. Very good visit!

everything was good.I understand that in medical sometimes things happen and a patient may have to wait a little longer. I was not upset.

I liked everything about the visit...everyone was so nice and I felt Dr. Crosby was knowledgeable. I feel confident that I made the right decision selecting him. I also appreciate the beautiful office.
