Staff was pleasant, helpful, friendly and explained all procedures ahead of time. Dr. Merchant was also pleasant, thorough, very professional, answered my questions and listened to my concerns. She reviewed my x-rays and presented a treatment plan in understandable terms. Overall, my experience with DiFranco Periodontics was positive. The only negative was I felt rushed and pressured to commit to the treatment plan that was presented to me.
