Needed extraction of 2nd molar due to cavity reaching nerve. Excellent communication and explanations before procedure began with Michelle, Dr. Alger’s assistant for this procedure. Dr. Alger also communicated well how what I would expect from start to finish. I was most appreciative of him waiting a bit longer to be sure the numbing shots were in effect before he began the extraction.
