Everything was fine except no one told me the doctor was behind, so I waited for forty-five minutes. Someone should have just mentioned that to me.

They never gave me the plan what they had in mind for my mouth so I can’t pick what I can afford, I came to the office three time asking for the paperwork they told me they was preparing for me they said we will email it to you never got a email, I wanted a Partial to start with and work a little at a time what I can afford
All employees were very kind and considerate for my first and second visit. Very upset with amount being charged, because it was changed 3 times from first given to me on my chart. That was very upsetting especially after having impressions made and surgery date set. What a set back to me. Already to have surgery and for the third time amount owed changed again. I was told, on my first visit with the doctor, that everything would be paid for except dentures. Assistant also stated the same thing.

You can’t, believe it or not my family won’t visit again. You sent a messenger and listened in the background as an owner, Dr. Kahan. Dr. Boltz, the dentist who assisted was politely rude. She was not kind she was not answering questions while thinking she’s speaking over your head. She also rolled her eyes when I stated I didn’t want my son to have flouride.
