I'm so grateful for the option to use topical numbing solution for my cleanings. I have very sensitive gums and this has made my appointments so much easier!
There were no dental problems diagnosed.
My favorite part of the visit was being put at ease by the staff. It was a stress-free exam.
The hygienist was able to replace a detached lower lingual wire even though I hadn't scheduled it. This is yet another example of why I continue to see Dr. Edwards. The staff is super friendly and takes an interest interacting with you. And of course, the actual dental work is superb.

Carrie, the hygienist, is the best!! She explains everything she is doing. I have never been this informed by any dentist office in the past. Just love her!
Dr. Edwards, his hygienists and staff are awesome. Starting from the moment you walk through the door, greeted with a smile to the time you leave, great experience. For my last appointment, I arrived 25 minutes early, was taken back 15 minutes early and my appointment was completed 15 minutes after the original appointment time. Talk about efficiency.
