As always, staff very professional and friendly. I have never had to wait past my appointment time. I had purchased a whitening kit from living social and was there to have molds made. Arrived for 7:40 appointment and still able to make it to work on time at 8:30 on the other side of columbus. Thanks Edwards Family Dental
