We had new roofs put on both our garage and barn. The employees arrived on time which is always a definite plus. The employees were all hard workers. We did have a communication problem regarding our job but the issue was addressed very promptly and we are very happy with the top notch customer service that we received. We previously had Feazel replace the roof on our house a few years ago. We would definitely use Feazel again!
Your roofing crew were great! The gutter company you sublet that part of the job to were not as nearly as professional as your roofing group.
Tim Baltic was professional, he met with the insurance adjuster. His understanding of the process was the most important aspect for me. It made my decision to have Feazel put in a new roof, gutters and downspouts very easy. They will be repairing screens and window well covers that were damaged by hail and wind. Shopped several local roofers and glad we chose Feazel, especially after speaking with project mgr. Scott Widmyer. Scott reassured us on the quality, craftsmanship, and lifetime warranty for labor/material. He was also our site mgr. during the ripoff and install and he is very knowledgeable. Our project leader, Scott Widmyer, provided outstanding management of the project. He was very responsive and provided excellent customer service. Both of the installation Crews we’re professional, Efficient and neat and orderly. They left the jobsite totally cleaned up. We are very pleased with Feazel.

Shane I. and Shane S. were both friendly and easy to work with. The project was scheduled sooner than I was expecting. The roof looks great and love the color. The job took longer than expected. Was told they might be done around 3, but it was after 9. We have small children and were extremely concerned about nails left in our yard. They used their magnetic rake on two different days.
