Very happy with the experience working with Feazel. No pressure and informative sales person, competitive costs, and the work crew was quick and professional. No problems three years after our install.
Bottomline, they came to do the roof on time. They completed the work when they sated they would. They fixed all that was on the statement of work. The foreman had to come back after I found many more nails in the yard than I was told I would find. The foreman also found many more nails. They replaced the gutters and downspouts as directed along with going beyond what was called for. Finally they had to come back to fix a problem that did not exist prior to replacing the shingles. Outstanding all round from the initial contact for an inspection of our roof to completion of the project. They were a pleasure to work with.
Great experience from start to finish. Dustin was great to work with and coordinated with insurance. Amanda was friendly and helpful. Scott was very conscientious and thorough during installation and final inspection. Crew did great work and cleaned up afterwards.
We just had a new roof put on and couldn't be happier! We have dealt with 3 guys so far and they have all been very helpful and knowledgeable. Logan Fenton, his GM Marc and roofing foreman Brian Manning. Logan has been great, from the numerous calls to/from me to making several trips out to my house to measure everything.
