I was very happy with the service of all the people I had interaction with on my recent visit. They were warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable.
I had a great experience yesterday at my dental appointment. Dental appointments have never been anything I consistently kept up with this was my first appointment in over eight years so I was a little apprehensive. As soon as I walked in the staff was friendly and attentive and I never felt uncomfortable. The young lady who worked on my teeth was patient, understanding and helped me feel relaxed. I will make sure from now on I come every six months. Thank you.
The staff were was amazing...Office was invitng...I even received a follow up call from the dentist just to see how I was feeling....Couldn't and wouldn't expect anything more...
---Dr.Namazi went ABOVE & Beyond, in reference to my 'front tooth'---I'm very appreciative of his generosity & excellent technique & he always 'keeps his cool"! I've literally seen over a hundred Dr.'s(surgeons)work & it's kinda rare to find someone who "keeps it cool w/great sense of humer"-----I think he does great work...thx.
I bought my son in for his cleaning earlier this week. The games occupy him while we wait for our appt and loves the chocolate chip cookies (please don't ever change the cookies, that's how I get him to go!). The dentist we saw this time was very efficient. She was good with Jake and got us in and out quickly.
I found fixari on Google after moving to columbus. They were the first place I called and they were able to fit me and my daughter right in a day later! Everyone that I came in contact with was upbeat and very nice. They greet you and offer refreshments have a play area for the children its a wonderful place. Since it was my first time i was there for a while for x rays that was my only concern but that is expected. I have always had a good experience at fixari I've been to both locations and the people are very helpful and nice. My kids love mrs. Rachel see they know her by her first name I just know she does a wonderful job with them.
The staff was very patient with my children, and made every effort to accommodate them. Even my three-year-old was open to having his teeth cleaned--he was very fearful on an earlier visit. I was very happy with the service and the customer care received!
I only wish I had found these two dentists earlier; before I went to another dentist who has caused me to waste thousands of dollars with botched and unnecessary dental work. Dr.'s Namazi and Jensen should be cloned. I must also include the other staff; who are very attentive and caring.
