I feel very good about my visit at Faxari Family dental. I hope to get all my dental problems solved and to stop have the pain in my jaw.
My visit with Fixari was pleasant for the most part...all staff was very friendly. However, after being prepped for a small procedure I was approached by the billing specialist stating that my insurance was out of network and I would have to pay the entire amount upfront. Immediately after leaving I called my insurance who then shared that Fixari is "in network". She then spoke with Kyle in the Canal Winchester location who stated that Superior Dental has been in network since April 2017 and he apologized for any inconvenien... read more
Cleaning today for both of us.... Not sure what it was but something was different today. Things did not flow as smoothly as usual. New faces, so maybe that was it. Anyway, Mrs. Carol at the front desk and Katie (cleaned my teeth) are the best. Dr. Namaze (i think i spelled that correctly) is excellent and thorough.
