My visit with Fixari was pleasant for the most part...all staff was very friendly. However, after being prepped for a small procedure I was approached by the billing specialist stating that my insurance was out of network and I would have to pay the entire amount upfront. Immediately after leaving I called my insurance who then shared that Fixari is "in network". Cleaning today for both of us.... Not sure what it was but something was different today. Things did not flow as smoothly as usual. New faces, so maybe that was it. Anyway, Mrs. Carol at the front desk and Katie (cleaned my teeth) are the best. Dr. Namaze (i think i spelled that correctly) is excellent and thorough.

All staff involved were Very friendly and professional Dr Leghuel was able to fit me in on short notice, and performed two extractions that other dentists refused to do. Very happy with my visit.
