Although your staff is very polite and courtious you could definitely use some sprucing up in the scheduling department. I had a 4:00 PM appointment and I arrived 15 minutes early, I was not seen until 4:20 and the receptionist had to call the hygienist 3 times to remind her she had someone waiting. Your machinery broke down during the cleaning and we then moved to another room. After the hygienist was finished I had to wait another 20 minutes for one of your dentists to check me. The appt. was for dental cleaning & check-up; hygienist was efficient and pleasant. X-rays were taken and Doctor came in to review and present a plan of treatment for several issues. Passed to Treatment Coordinator who explained costs and payment plans and a way to save some money on the treatment and future cleanings. Overall price seemed high. Current visit overall was satisfactory.
My six year old son was in to see Dr. Haddad for two fillings. I am always amazed how special my family feels when it is our turn for dental work. Dr.Bobby,Kim,and Ashley were fabulous!
Our family loves Fixari. The entire staff is welcoming and caring! Thank you for taking care of our daughter today.
