I feel that the service received by Dr. Hollis and Dr. Fixari was great. The new Financial lady is very rude, she kept addressing me as Hun! I feel that this is VERY disrespectful and not professional. It's a shame that Toni is gone. She also did not tell me that totals under 1,000 dollars cannot be done as a 12 month payment option on Carecredit. It started off as a great experience but now I'm not so sure. I'm trying to get answers on procedures that were supposed to be completed and what actually was completed and haven't gotten them yet. The reason I did not get answers the day of was because I was sedated so I wasn't in the right frame of mind to ask. The services are already paid for. The dentist are great and the women are beautiful and kind to everyone making it easier to overlook any pain you have when you arrive. Outstandind service overall.
Everyone at Fixari are very kind and welcoming. However, there have been times where I have had services, as simple as a cleaning, and have been left to wait for a longer timeframe than is reasonable. The only thing that keeps me coming back is because of my history with them, otherwise I would have left for a more punctual office that respects my time a long time ago.
