Even my back was relaxed I was taken on a tour of the facility at exactly the time I made the appointment for. No waiting. Yeah. The rooms have a very pleasant surprise. Their chairs are heated and have a back massager. Relaxes you while you have teeth cleaned. Everyone was polite, talkative and smiled. They listened to my concerns and made note of them. All future cost was explained and payment set up before next appointment was even made. No surprises. It was an all around positive experience.

My appointment I was unable to go to my appointment due to the fact that my crown did not come in. It has been 3 weeks since it was ordered. No fault of the dentist it was the lab.

Wonderful experience with Dr Max My daughter whom is 11 has not had good experiences with dentist. This was the first time she left the dentist and said, mom that wasn't that bad. Thank you so much for you compassion!

Awesome The receptionist was super friendly and even gave me a tour of the office. The dentist and dental assistant explained things clearly including the cost of service...which is rare for most dentists. Usually I find out after the fact things that aren't covered or that cost more than the fake estimate they give you in the first place. They were also very friendly and willing to answer all questions. The seat was even comfortable with a massage build into it! Mrs. Gatmaitan was pleasant and very considerate about my comfort. It did take a long time (two hours) with her having to leave and not coming back soon with no apparent connection to my treatment. I do think that your prices are no the high side.
