I give a 5 star rating because my family and I love Fixari Family Dental of Canal Winchester. The staff are always amazing especially Dr. Gerda, Rachael, and Sharon. We love the new office and the staff are always willing to help when trying to schedule appointments around work and school. We couldn't ask for a better dentist's office because we already found it!
I was very pleased with the friendliness of the front desk staff, as well as the dental assistants. It was our first time, they made appointments for all 4 of my children for the same time. I knew they had taken the time to learn the kids names and each getting was warm and genuine. That alone made this the best dental experience, but, then, I met the dentist and understood just where the standard for excellent customer service starts in this office. everyone was very nice and professional, another great experience!
Had a wonderful experience today with both of my children's cleaning. They explained to my kids what great things they are doing on their teeth and told them a few things extra that they can work on, but explained it for children to understand. They took the time and effort to help my children to do the correct cleaning at home.
Very friendly and courteous staff.
From the moment I stepped through the door I felt welcome and the customer service was exceptional. I will continue to visit Fixari for all my dental needs an I will recommend my friends and family.
Fixari family dental does everything with excellence! Their customer service is incomparable. I received very personalized attention and would recommend them for your dentistry needs.
The ladies were absolutely wonderful with my 3 and 4 year olds' first visit! I couldn't be happier :) and they had a blast!
Who can say they LOVE their dentist and her "crew"? I can!!! Dr. G rocks!!
