Outstanding experiance. Being a loyal patient to my previous dentist for nearly 20 years; i found myself in an unusual situation of having to choose between him and switching to a new dentist at Fixari. After a terrible Friday night with the worst tooth ache of my life the only dentist office open and appointments available was Fixari Family Dental in Canal Winchester. went for a general cleaning and ended up staying for a filling. I have a great fear of the dentist but I felt very comfortable. They treated me like a part of their family. Very gentel and compassionate.They assured me everything would be okay. And it was.
Absolutely awesome team. Dr. Gerda Gatmailan was very patient and gentle with my special needs son. She is a blessing to our family! Every staff person was helpful and understanding. Very impressed. I have to say at Fixari my husband and I were more relaxed knowing that Dr. G and her team were able to handle whatever situation arose. I can't say enough great things about them. Very caring staff. Prompt - waiting room time was under 5 minutes. I would not consider going anywhere else.
This is probably the best dental staff and team in Ohio. Your going to the wrong dentist if your not with them.....I love this place...this is definitely my dentist for life and future family
