Extremely friendly and professional and thorough From the minute I checked in, all during my treatment and from the moment I left, I had exceptional customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have never had quite the best treatment from a dentist office as I had there and so thorough. The staff genuinely cared for me and it showed in their mannerisms and professionalism. Kudos to all of the staff members. Keep up the great work and I will definitely send referrals your way! See you again soon for sure!
Great Service The people at Fixari are friendly, prompt, and professional. I am always met with a smile, a good attitude, and a sincere greeting. The receptionist, techs, and dentists are all socialized to care for patients like they are family. The care is gentle and non-threatening. They talk to you and ask questions as they are providing services. This way there are no surprises. I am never anxious about going to the dentist. Another Good Experience at Fixari Family Dental! As usual, we had a great experience at Fixari. I was there with my oldest daughter last night for a routine cleaning. We were seated fairly quickly and were made comfortable from the get-go. Support staff is always so welcoming and professional. Mrs. Sharon Arthur does a phenomenal job as a hygienist, and is always so much fun to talk to. Professional High quality dental care with professional and knowledgeable staff. Very friendly!
professional, friendly service but long wait Today I received the excellent care and service that I have come to expect from Fixari. However it took a while. Due to a couple of dental emergencies with other patients, it took me 1.5 hours to get a cleaning and exam. I completely understand the situation ... just hope it doesn't happen too often (never has before in 3 years).
