Wrong doctor seen I specifically made an appt. with Dr. Max and was not seen by the doctor I made the appointment with.

Professional, Great Concern for a new customer I was received professionally which I really appreciated. Not only did the receptionist make me feel safe and cared about, but the Doctor and the Assistant showed concern for my problem. Went out of their way to accommodate me! I've been out of town and was home for the holidays. Chipped my tooth, called my dentist and they got me in. I had to go back the next day. The night before the appointment my dentist called,not the secretary but my actual dentist. I thought that was great and it gave me the feeling that he really care about my problem and wanted me to feel better.
