Went to this dentist office by mistake or so I thought. The Lord blessed me with Dr Torabi and his assistants. I had a horrible experience with a dentist so it always feels like a gamble when you have to find a new dr of any kind. Had crowns and filling and very little discomfort at all, during or after. Had an issue with insurance and it was handled before I left the office. The experience is always great. The staff is friendly and always makes sure you're comfortable and explians every thing you should expect. I was thankful that flawless Smile dentistry was open on Saturday and was able to take me in right away and there staff was very capable for services I needed. I have intense dental anxiety and am very self conscious about my smile but Dr. Torabi and his staff made me feel so welcome, at ease, and comfortable during my cleaning and exam. They took the time to get to know me personally, compassionately listened to my concerns & needs and took them into consideration when making my treatment plan.
