I have had different dental hygienists the last 5 times I've been and I have always had a pleasant experience. During my final appointment yesterday though, I had a hygienist I've never seen and it was a very painful cleaning. All of my gums were bleeding and it felt like she was poking each one over and over. This was the only time something like this has happened to me or at this office. My appointment was denied because the wrong date was given Needless to say I was very upset because I had given up a social engagement to get to my appointment

I'll be honest. I miss your long time staff that greeted and checked in clients. The girl that is now there just not a big fan I walked and stood there waiting. She finally looked up and acknowledged me. Sort of annoyed.. My appointment was at 330 with Denise. I was finally greeted by Denise about 340. The first thing Denise asked was were you wanting long. I had Denise as my hygienist. I was very happy that I didn't have any cavities this time. Yea.... George and I schedule our teeth cleaning appointments at the same time so that we don't have to wait for each other.

I have Beth as my dental hygienist. We talk as she cleans my teeth. We schedule Barbara's and my appointments at the same time instead of back-to-back appointments. It's better for both of us not having to wait for each other.

The doctor couldn't do anything for me. I can't sleep because my tooth is in so much pain and I can't see the recommended endodontic specialist for another two weeks. I can't eat. properly because of the pain either. i'm annoyed and hurting.
