I was seen by Dr. Desai while at BOSHA hospital for acute osteomyelitis of a toe that had been neglected by the orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Desai was very professional and educational. He offered a plan of action and was optimistic. I began IV antibiotics through a PICC line, then after 6 wks, began oral antibiotics for 3 months. My experience with Dr Desai and his nurse Kandis has been the best service I have received in a very long time. They both take the time to listen and answer all my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Desai for your infection needs.

It’s hard to find a doctor that you can trust and much less a great staff. He is always on top of my treatment and explains everything to me and makes sure I understand the plan before leaving the room. His nurse Candace has a bubbly personality that you don’t see much these days. Great team.
Great experience with Dr Desai. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. His nurse was very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Desai really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor and his nurse's demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this office.
