during a regular cleaning check-up, the ultra sonic cleaning tool she used was good. I like to get the unpleasnat scraping over with fast, and this did it.

This is how all of healthcare should be. Flexible scheduling, friendly patient support, proactive planning, financial consideration/input given to procedures and timing, great use of practical technology, partnering with the patient by providing information to empower them to take an active role in their own care. I'm jealous because I am a hospital administrator and we could learn a lot from this practice.
Andrea is always very thorough and gentle in cleaning my teeth. This time, I had waited too long to come for a cleaning so it was more difficult. Andrea was patient with me and did a great job.
