My wife and I have been with Dr. Mays since she took over Dr. Scheer's practice in 2003 or so. She and her staff do excellent work and pick up much of the slack in dealing with pesky insurance companies. The office seems to be at the cutting edge of dental technology, and Dr. Mays is easy to reach for after-hours emergencies.
Who ever calls a trip to a dentist delightful? Me...the staff is courteous, very concerned about you, your comfort & your needs. Everything is done in record time without haste, and checked & given any personal equipment you may be in need, like tooth brush,paste,etc. Hats Off!
It's never fun to go to the dentist (nothing personal), but your office makes it as pleasant as possible. It was another painless experience, although one of your drills sounds like an out-of-tune soprano.
Serena was outstanding, friendly and thorough. Dr. Mays was outstanding as well. Thorough exam and I never felt rushed. They were on time.

It is one of the most difficult things to change doctors, but from beginning to end this entire team of professionals made it an easy transition for me.
As a new patient there is always a little tension and uncertainty, but the entire staff, as well as Dr. Mays made all of that fall away by virtue of their genuine love of what they do. It was a truly favorable experience.
Let's face it going to the dentist can be intemadating. Dr. Mays and her staff make you forget about the old fears you may have. I am so impressed at how effience she is, I had to have several fillings and she is so effecient and fast you are in and out quickly. Keep making those beautiful smiles, Kat
I had gone to the same dentist since I was a baby. Upon moving to Cincinnati, I was nervous I would find a dentist as nice, caring and accurate in their profession. Thank goodness I did!!! Dr. Jane Mays and staff were more than welcoming and helpful in my visit. I strongly recommend their practice.
