Excellent car and attention, as usual.
Having a crown put on cannot really be called a delightful experience. The skill of the staff, their regular communication during the procedure, and listening to calming music through Bose headphones made the experience go faster than I could have imagined.
I was very nervous about my dental appointment, Jill explained the process from start to finish and made my appointment better than I expected, it was not as bad as I anticipated.
Great dental office, very thorough teeth cleaning with cameras so you can see everything they need to work on! The hygienist Angie was wonderful explained what areas I needed to work on to keep my teeth strong and healthy! And Dr Mays takes her time and explains what you should do now and what areas to keep an eye on!
I continue to be impressed with Dr. Mays and her staff. There seems to be a high level of mutual respect in the office, and the environment is always friendly and relaxed...but you can sense the undercurrent of efficiency and professionalism, as well. Highly recommended.
After being initially surprised that I was not seen by the person my appointment had been made with - I want to thank Diana for doing an excellent job. She has been filling in on a temporary basis. Also was impressed with viewing the photos that Dr. Mays produced of some of my teeth that have very old fillings in them. While no work was recommended immediately - it was very clear to see that future work will be necessary.
