I had a filling fall out after hours on Thursday. I was leaving on vacation on Saturday morning. I called the office, followed the directions to call Dr. Mark if an emergency. He arranged for me to come in Friday morning at 8:15 to take care of me. Can’t ask for better service than that!!!

My visit to Jerman Family Dentistry was wonderful! I got in quickly to see Dr. Mark Jerman he determined that my dental bridge did not need fixing and/or replaced. Dr.Jerman's expertise of many years experience in the field, serves him well and his patients. I have gone to him at least 17 years- If you want someone who is honest and fair, and a nice person too see Dr. Jerman and staff, you will not be sorry!

Pleasant, efficient service using the latest in technology. Took out an old, damaged crown and got a new crown in one appointment lasting under two hours.
I was given an appointment to reattach a crown very quickly and Dr. Mark Jerman and everyone in the office handled the whole thing very well observing the necessary precautions for the pandemic.
With the new precautions that we need to follow, things were different, but I definitely felt safe the whole time and both ways -- I was not going to catch anything and I was not going to give anyone a germ. The cleaning of teeth was done as well as perviously, and on time.
