I appreciate all the procedures the practice has taken to ensure patient protection, in particular the hygienist's use of mask and shield. I felt safer at your office than any of the other away-from-home sites I have visited. As always, I found the hygienist's care to be thorough and comfortable, but I continue to believe that your patient chairs are the most uncomfortable things I have ever experienced.
