I wanted to be sure to provide an excellent review following my appointment yesterday. Many folks are concerned returning to a normal life of dental appointments, etc. following our weeks of self-quarantine due to COVID-19. My experience yesterday at Jerman Family Dentistry was exceptional. These folks set the GOLD STANDARD of cleanliness and care to protect both their patients and their employees. Thanks Dr. Mark for getting me in at the first opportunity for an emergency tooth repair. I was very impressed with your staff's adherence to the COVID 19 precautions, everyone wearing a mask (including me until the procedure), taking my temperature, and the necessary questioning to insure I was not an infection risk to other patients or staff. And, as always, everyone was very friendly and welcoming!
