The appointment was a waste of time. I called because part of a filling fell out. I have another appointment for cleaning on Monday. Had this happened in years past, I believe I would’ve been told to just wait until then. It seemed to me that both the technician and the doctor were inexperienced.

I was having an issue with gum and tooth discomfort. I called on a Thursday and Dr. Jerman was unable to be seen by him. They were able to get me in with another dentist on the same day. They were very accommodating. I was disappointed in the physician fee they charged for my visit. I have been a patient with Dr. Jerman for 35 plus years and felt that I could have been seen as a courtesy or at the least a discounted amount. Until now I have been pleased with my services with Dr. Jerman and his practice.

Had "surprise" pain in teeth/jaw. Called the office and I was in Dr. Mark's chair after the in-office X-ray within two hours.

Dr. Jenny did not check the back of the veneer to see if it was attached. It was not and I feel that it will make will the veneer less secure. I am shy to brush in that area. It may come loose during my travels for my new job. I do appreciate that I could get into the office next day for an appointment.
