Poor service been almost a year and my front gutter still leaks water
Business response:
We had made multiple attempts to reduce the water overshooting in the front of the customers home. Due to the roof construction, the front gutter had two valley areas that directed the water into the small gutter above the front porch. We did eventually solve the overshooting issue. We followed up with the customer to validate the overshooting is better, the customer is please with the outcome.
Had installed about a year ago have had nothing but problems and it’s like pulling teeth to get resolved. They have been out a couple of times to fix and gutter still leaks and puddles up at down spout.as of today issue has not been resolved

Since installed had minor leaking problems at bends. They never return my calls because they are busy.Told me somebody came out in March and fixed problem, never saw anybody and problem not fixed. They finally sent service out kinda solved problem.he rigged gutter so would not leak, gutter is crooked and not long enough to fit in down spout, said he would be back to fix right ,have not seen anyone since then.Horrible service and customer support
