I always have a great experience at Dr. Rice's office. The office staff is very helpful and professional. Dr. Rice is very friendly and listens to me as her patient. The Office staff was amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and assisted with every aspect of my appointment. Dr.Kim was professional yet personal. They discussed procedures and costs on the front end, so there are no surprises. Everything went fine; Kathy led me in on time, counted my teeth as of yore, poked around, found nothing alarming, efficiently scraped away whatever needed to go, and finally polished the fangs. Best of all, Dr Rice discovered no swellings in neck, under tongue, etc, and no rotten teeth. All in all, an hour well-spent and reassuring.
