Going in to have a crown for the first time was a little nerve racking. But Dr Rice made the experience go smoothly by putting me at ease with her explanations and calming, positive energy. Im more impressed every time I go in from a simple cleaning to full on dental work. I received excellent service from the entire staff during my last appointment. Dr. Rice was able to accomodate me, even when I did not have a scheduled aapointment, ( which I greatly appreciated ). While disappointed that I was not given more attention on the call in for tooth problems, the regular cleaning was fine. The refer all for additional services was fine. However I still question whether the tooth might have been saved had attention been paid at the time of my call over a month prior to the.regularly scheduled visit. After nearly 40 years with this practice I did not think my query was out of line for attention.
