The hygienist and dentist provided me with an extremely good experience in my routine cleaning and exam. They were excellent, both in terms of professional competence and personal interaction, and were helpful with any questions or concerns I expressed. The office staff were also friendly and helpful. Our family moved to the Ann Arbor area in 2017 and a friend shared their experience with Dr. Rice's office. We have had a great experience as well. My three daughters have no problem visiting the dentist. (Even when they have a small cavity!) Beth is the best! Very kind, plus gentle with the cleaning. Dr. Rice is very pleasant and efficient as well. All office staff pleasant and professional. Thank you! One thing..... I always have to wait at least 15 minutes from appointment time to be seen. Is there any way to schedule more efficiently? I know situations come up and things change.
