My son was a bit anxious today to have his cavity filled. Dr Glasgow was patient enough with him, but it seemed that the others in the office needed her elsewhere. They came twice while she was still working on him. Also, when we went to check out at the desk, the associate was quite rude or indifferent. Dr. Glasgow is horrible! When I first moved to Columbus I came here because she had graduated from my undergrad college and thought I would give her a chance First thing she does is remove my PERMANENT retainer which my Orthodontist put there after my graces came off Needless to say my teeth started to move and she is to blame In addition to being sarcastic she is always rushed and doesn't seem to care about her patients She only cares about being paid I would avoid this practice!
Dr. Soungpradith is kind and provides good care, but is, like the rest of the practice, very rushed. She did not take care of my dental issue as well as would have liked. I returned to get my teeth fixed and Dr. Soungpradith was not in, so I saw Dr. Kowalczyk. He was rude and complained to me about being overworked and underpaid the first time I met him. He also complained about his female colleagues to me. He did not fix my (front) teeth, but instead made them more uneven than before. I am not impressed at all. So sor... read more
My daughter was told by this office to wear an occlusal guard, because she was grinding her teeth during sleep. The guard was poorly made, and after many months, she began to experience pain. We took her to the orthodontist who had done her braces many years prior, and he did the best he could to first, assess, and then correct the damage done by the dentist.
