The staff is always friendly and wonderful. I always feel comfortable at my appointments. I always feel the treatment is well explained, both medically and financially. I have a medical condition that ends up requiring extensive dental work. Dr. Sogan explains everything and gives me as many options for treatment as she can. She also knows when she needs to refer me on for further treatment she can’t complete in the office.

I called on a Friday concerning a tooth that was aching and they got me in on Tuesday for an appointment. An infection was found in the root, antibiotics were prescribed and because of the limitations on surgeries during the phase of the Covit 19 guidelines, surgery will wait until restrictions are relaxed. The antibiotics are working for now and the pain is gone.

Every single person in the office from receptionist to hygienist to dentist were all very friendly and welcoming. Treatment plan was discussed thoroughly and multiple options were given! I will definitely be back!!

It had been awhile since I visited a dentist.You wouldn't think a man of my size would be afraid to go but I was.Needless to say, with my teeth being neglected for so long, I started having extreme pain and needed a tooth pulled.Everyone was great in trying to ease my fear and making me feel as comfortable as possible.The only thing I didn't like was the extra numbing I needed and lasting side effects.Overall the experience wasn't as bad as I made my mind to believe,and would recommend you to other people that might need den... read more

I have been a patient at London Dental Care for many years.The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recently had a dental emergency and Dr. Sogan and dental assistant Megan went above and beyond to care for me. Dr Sogan always make me feel comfortable and takes the time to thoroughly explain and answer any questions or concerns I have about my oral health.
