My first visit was a good one. The receptionist greeted me with a friendly and welcoming smile. The office is clean and pleasant. I appreciated CeCe, the hygienist, in making sure the x-rays and cleaning were approved before she began and she carried out her work professionally . I met Dr. Wright for the first time and I appreciated her making me aware of some possible potential problems with some major old fillings. It has given me food for thought. Well up until I started going to London dental I absolutely hated the thought of going to the dentist. But the staff that you have assembled at London dental are excellent from the receptionist to dr Sogan . I have been a patient here for several years. The care this office provides is exemplary. The staff is efficient and always friendly. They always treat me courteously and never rush me along. Wonderful! I recently moved to the London area and needed to find a new dentist. The staff was great and I was very comfortable during my visit. I never once felt judged about my situation and they called me the next day to check on me after having extractions. I’ve already recommended them to my family!
