I have always had a very friendly very professional attitude from the entire staff at London Dental. I love the fact that this office has embraced the use of technology to communicate with its patients ,via text/email . But if you prefer the more traditional forms of communication the office is happy to accomadate you. The dental hygienists do a thorough job yet are gentle . i could not have dreamed of a better dental experience than what i received at london dental. dr sogan was so personable, professional and knowledgeable. they were prompt and kind and the office was clean and inviting. i trust their work, their employees and i was impressed at how kind and concerned the staff was about their patients. i would give them 5 stars*****

I came in because I had a white spot on my gum and the tooth in front of the implant hurts and I can’t bite on it. She took X-rays but none of them showed the gum area below the tooth that hurt, it only showed from about the middle of the tooth up and another X-ray showing the 2 implants unless I didn’t see another X-ray showing the gum area below the tooth that hurt. I can’t seem to get an appointment. When I call I have to wait several months to get in. Then a few days before my appointment, someone calls and tells me the dentist is going on vacation. I need to make another appointment, several months out. When I drive by you’re rarely pin.
