I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The dentist and staff were awful aside from the receptionist. The dental hygienist kept pushing my 10-year-old sons jaw down telling him to open his mouth more (he has a small mouth and had it as open as he could). He was in tears. She was very impatient and unkind. The dentist recommended some work for my daughter and assured me that our insurance covers it then we received a bill several months later saying the insurance did not cover it. I do not trust this dentist AT ALL. I took my son to her. She told me he had several deep cavities that would require root canals, and advised us to have general anesthesia there in her office. I replied I did not feel comfortable with that scenario even if my son did not have the congenital heart defect, of which she had been notified. I got a second opinion and my son had three very surface cavities which were quickly taken care of with a touch of the drill and a tiny smear of composite. This review is of the office staff, not the dentist. We thought the dentist was just "OK". Nothing special, not extra nice nor friendly, just matter-of-fact. It was a little odd for a female dentist to be this way. Anyway, the staff - they're the best of friends! They love each other and spend all day chatting and having fun. It's like a mini-vacation for them to come to work all day. Unfortunately this causes them to ignore customers that come in for appts. I got some new updates now. The crowns that we spent 3K (includes anesthesia charges) are comming off. It gets to the point that we don't even trust this dentist to fix any further problems anymore. Blame on the anesthesian all you want, now its the crowns issues. Dr Garzon possibly receive a kick back from the anesthesian.
