Dr Monfredi did a thorough exam of my husband’s teeth. Then she made him an itemized list of all his dental needs including their charges, what our insurance would cover and our out of pocket costs. Never had a dentist do that before. When my husband asked about pain, they offered to stay late and extract the painful teeth. The dental assistant tried to be very gentle with the novocaine. Well I was there again today to complete the other side of my mouth with the deep cleaning and once again Edith did a darn good job I was very nervous because I didn't take the pills that they gave me the first time to calm my nerves but Edith eased my worries she was so gentle and patient with me ❤️
