I had a cap fall off and it was on bottom but could see ugly stump left. I had a dentist but he didn't take my insurance, so I couldn't afford to pay the hundreds I would be charged, plus my Dentist had weird hours. I called insurance company. They gave me 3 dentist to choose from. I called 1 was out of order. The second went to answering system and 3rd the lady told me they didn't take my insurance but she knew another Dentist that did take it. Dr. Monfredi’s staff and dentists are AWESOME! The front desk was patient as we worked through my complicated availability. Edith, your hygienist, put me at ease after I endured a bad dental experience. Dr. Monica and her X-ray technician explained every step prior to performing a procedure. This level of care certainly brings peace to your clients. You guys are awesome!!!! Keep up the GREAT WORK!
