The staff are talented and highly skilled; preparation and procedures were meticulous. These factors are surely top priorities but while the staff are all business, they also create a relaxed, empathetic and hospitable environment. In this setting, that has a huge benefit for patients but takes considerable additional training, practice and talent. I could not have asked for a better outcome.

At 74, I've visited a lot of dentists and oral surgeons a lot of times. In all those visits, I've yet to find a better one than Dr. Nick Shumaker! In this, my most recent visit, he quickly, and very deftly, completed the installation of two adjacent implants in my upper jaw. Altogether, this required a difficult extraction where none of the tooth extended above my gumline; a "sinus lift" (look it up), a complex procedure necessary to implant an adequate bone graft, and installation of the two actual implants.
