My first visit was great. When I went back because the prescription wasn’t working, the Dr told me to keep using it and come back in a month. I ended up in the ER 3 days later in very bad shape. I found a much better dermatologist.

I was referred to OhioDERM by my physician, Dr. O'Connor at Mapleleaf Family Medical in Bellefontaine after a routine exam on 2/24/26. I contacted the phone number of the Bellefontaine location on 2/26/26 (@ 3:54pm per my cell log). The lady I spoke with said Dr Conroy didn't have any available openings for over a month, unless I wanted to see him at the London office. The nurse practitioner looked at my condition.. said she didn't know what it was but wouldn't let me see the doctor, saying, "Well, he wouldn't know either , if I don't know". All this is why I should have seen the doctor! I know 2 friends that had the same experience! We wanted to talk to THE EXPERT

This was the worst medical appointment I have ever had and I am 60 years old. If I could leave Dr. Conroy zero stars I would. Without question. I experienced a lack of diagnostic skills, medical gaslighting, an absolute waste of my time and money for an issue which fortunately was successfully treated elsewhere.

I couldn’t be more disappointed. I had an appointment with a nurse practitioner after my husband recommended the doctor. I am trying to get back into annual checks. She literally told me several time that I am “a very spotted girl”. She ran over my body with her hands so quickly I don’t know how she would identify or feel any anomaly. Then for two issues I showed her (one I had to remind her because she forgot ) she froze the spots. No warning. Nothing. And it dripped down my face. Awful. She looked at my rash 10 feet away, told me it's hereditary. Sent me home with lotion that did no good. I should get my money back. Rash is now worse cracking and seeping, regular doc don't seem to care ether, guess I'll live with it.
